I cannot find my alumni record. What should I do?
If you cannot find your alumni record, submit an Alumni Directory Request for Assistance.
Where can I find my NWU ID Number?
Your NWU ID Number appears next to your name on the label of the Archways Alumni Magazine. If you cannot find a recent copy, submit an Alumni Directory Request for Assistance.
Is my “graduation year” the same as my “reunion year”?
Your reunion year is four years after your enrollment as a first-year, full-time student. So, if your first year was 1980, your reunion year would be 1984. Your graduation year could be later, for example, if you changed majors or had a double major, requiring extra semesters to complete.
When I tried to register, I found my name in the list the but it says “Already registered”.
If you have previously created an account on our site, you are automatically registered and can log in via our Alumni Directory website. To log in, click the “Log In” link under the user menu. If you believe you have not already registered, please click here to submit an Alumni Directory Request for Assistance.
When I try to register, I keep getting an error saying, “The information you entered does not match the profile we have on record. Please make corrections.”

I forgot my log-in user name. How can I log in?
If you cannot remember your user name, submit an Alumni Directory Request for Assistance.
I forgot my password. How can I log in?
Click here to request a new password.
How do I find my fellow classmates and friends?
After you log in, click on the Directory Search link under the Alumni Directory menu in the left column. Then you can perform a search.
How can I return to the My account view?
Click on My account located under the user menu in the left column.
How can I change my contact information?
Select My account under the User Account menu. Then click edit above your profile.
How can I change my email address?
Select My account under the User Account menu. Then click edit above your profile. Your email is located under the Account tab. This email will only be used for communications with NWU and for your private contact page for other alumni members. This email will never be shown. Your visible email address can be updated on the Home Contact tab.
How can I change my password?
Select My account under the User Account menu. Then click edit above your profile. Select the Account tab to edit your password.
How can I change my last name in the Alumni Directory?
Select My account under the User Account menu. Then click edit above your profile. Then select the Member tab.
The Alumni profile tab allows you to change your personal information including:
- Member information
- Home contact information
- Family information
- NWU education information
- Other education information
- Current employment
- Interests and memberships
- Privacy settings
To view and edit your Alumni profile information:
- Select My account under the User Account menu. Then click edit above your profile. Click on the category; e.g., Home contact.
- Enter all of the changes you wish to make; e.g., spelling errors, address, phone number, etc.
- Select other tabs to make any additional changes.
- Click on the Save button once to save all of your changes.
The Career Assistance network consists of over 1,000 Wesleyan University alumni who offer students an excellent networking opportunity. Alumni Career Assistance network members agree to provide students information and advice on careers, employers, job searching, graduate study, internships and relocation information. Many even will allow students to job shadow for a half or a full day to see what their workplace is really like. As a network member, you will be sharing a most valuable asset: your experience. We encourage you to join and provide needed career information for current students.
